Hey @EoRdE6, assuming you have "Advanced mode" turned on, on any article page you will see a "..." icon in the toolbar. If you tap that you will find a link to the Wikidata item in that menu. It is shown in the screenshot here Reading/Web/Advanced mobile contributions#/media/File:Advanced mode - 2.png.
