I see that the co-ordinating Phabricator task has been resolved, and renamed to reflect the quarter where the work mostly occurred.

Should this page on MediaWiki be updated to reflect that the project has concluded for now, or should the calls to action (watch this page, tell us your ideas and problems) be retained for future rounds of improvements?
