I propose we manage UI documentation in Storybook.js ... thoughts?

Hi @Mapmaker345, that might align with your requestː Several teams in Wikimedia Foundation's Product department have been (started) using Storybook and sharing it on httpsː//doc.wikimedia.org. Are there any specific requests from your side?
