Commons has a lot of edits tagged with "QuickCategories [1.0]" which I don't need to see in my watchlist. I seem to be able to use the filters to see ''only'' those edits tagged with QuickCategories, but I can't figure out how to subtract them from my watch list. Perhaps this is already possible, but if not, it would be a useful feature. Thanks. - Themightyquill (talk) 10:07, 10 September 2019 (UTC)

It is not possible at the moment to select a few tags to exclude. The workaround is to select all tags, remove the ones you don't want to see manually and save the query for later reuse. It is far from ideal.
The Growth team has put this feature on their roadmap for this current quarter. I've asked for updates on Phabricator.
