With numerous batches merged to mediawiki core/extensions and having also been quite helpful in helping with wikimedia site requests, you are much more qualified than me. I do not think you even have to create a subpage there for requests, as what that page says. I believe you will gain +2 access in the near future. Thank you for your contributions so far!
