Topic on Talk:Content translation

Previously when I opened an article in enwiki, on the left side menu there was an automatic link if the article did not exist on my language. Now, this link disappeared, and it was not easy to find it somewhere else (I do not know where actually it is now).

Why did you remove this link? It was easy to use.

Thanks for the feedback, @Misibacsi. The grey language links that surface missing languages are still in place. These are shown for a set of languages based on those that you accessed.

Please, let us know in which article you were experiencing the issue and which was the language you were looking for, and we'll investigate the issue in more detail.

Thanks!

In every article the link to Translate Tool is missing. For example: [[:en:Elysium Planitia]]

Target language: Hungarian.

I started the translation of the above article, but I hardly found the Translate Tool in My Settings.

When enabled in the settings, You can access the CXT in the "contributions" menue. All suggested and startet translations are shown there. You also can start any transtation from there.

I already knew this, why did you tell again? I asked: "Why did you remove the Translate Tool from the left-side menu?"
