Hello! I am trying to upload a gif in a phabricator task comment and receiving an error.

- I click on the upload icon

- I select my gif file (5,2MB)

- It starts uploading with the percentage reaching 100%

- Then it shows the following message:

Upload error

[filename].gif

Exception: No configured storage engine can store this file. See "Configuring File Storage" in the documentation for information on configuring storage engines.

Hi, thanks for the link! For future reference, is the filesize limit 4MB as indicated at https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T155130#4696598 ?
