Cant follow the link and dont know what article we are talking about. But if an image has not been uploaded to commons, it is part of the local language project and not part of the destination language project.
The article is "Przetłumacz stronę" - problemy z językiem gruzińskim" written in polish and speaking of problems with georgian language on https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Kawiarenka/Kwestie_techniczne
Images (snapshots) are on external site https://imgbbb.com/image/SJbSc and different messages with texts to translate with squares at the beginnning and followed by georgian letters (it seems). The question is about the squares. Followed by an error message "1 does not exist in polish language".
This is thread in our forum, currently last sections of linked page. It happens on all articles. These two images are screenshots.
Does it change, when the language support is installed on Your local computer?, to make those characters visible as letters?
