Since the conference is hosted as "Unconferenced" style like a WikiProject, it will have updates actively introduced by conference participants. Rachel mentioned "keep check back the program page as it may change". I was thinking, maybe (or in the future Wikimedia Hakathon) we could create a IRC or mailing-list for participants to talk to each other if there are last minute notification.
Also it could help to be used for organize social events .
