Topic on Talk:Content translation

I am new as a Wikipedia editor user. I have tried to publish my translation of a page but, once I click on the button "Publish", this message is displayed:

"Unknown unrecoverable error has occurred. Error details: You do not have permission to create new pages."

Could anyone help me with solving this, please?

Try to publish as personal draft, using the gear-button.

I did work :) how does this page differ from the other? Will it be public the same way?

You need 500 contibs in the EN-WP, to get granted to publish directly.

Sorry for another question: how can I get contibs? And where do I check how many did I collect?

Just contribute knowledge. Here in this talk, move the mouse on Your username or click on contrubutuions, there on the botton click the "SUL" to view global accounts, status, and contibution counters.
