Bug no_vrs: The VirtualRESTService for the document server is not defined

With the latest version of mediawiki and visualeditor I have the error message :

Erreur lors du chargement des données du serveur : no_vrs: The VirtualRESTService for the document server is not defined; see https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:VisualEditor. Voulez-vous réessayer ?

I tried to install parsoid etc. but it's the same thing
