Hello. "Запрет на редактирование" means "Edit ban Template CSS".

I tried to translate an article. Suddenly the References section was moved. Later i decided to publish an article, but i could not due to that error.

How to fix that?

Translation: Article Bloons Tower Defense from English to Russian.

Browser: Chrome

Version: 2, but in the 1st it still couldn't work.

Abuse filters are defined by each community to identify potentially problematic content. These are applied to new content created with Content translation or any other tool. The particular abuse filter preventing you from publishing is defined here. This filter seems aimed to prevent template css editing and I'm not sure why it is triggered by the content you are trying to publish which seems unrelated to that. We'll be looking into this in more detail.

As it can be seen at one of the abuse log entries the text ParticipantOfTheEncyclopedia has tried to publish contains that kind of content:
