When I want to start a new translation, some times it says that someone else is working on the translation. It's OK, but there is a PROBLEM; The another author who has begun to translate that article was inactive for a long time, so I think he has begun the translation, but he won't complete it. So it should be possible to start the translation by me. But now the gadget suggest to start another translation and there is no other option for continuing the translation. I would be appreciated if you could fix it.

Due to technical reasons, this is a current limitation of the tool. There are plans for not blocking the translation to a single user. This ticket captures the details, and you can subscribe to track its progress and add further comments.
There is also a proposal to automatically discard very old translations. This can also help to alleviate the problem of articles being blocked when the translator has not been working on it for a longer period.
I have faced this problem multiple times within last few days. It's really getting on my nerve. Is there any way to fix this issue in a shorter time?!!
