I am uploading files in a bulk, and there will be k of files, to be uploaded and so want to ignore this and upload with their original names.

How to enable ignore this warning and upload with whatever is the current names are.

The banned prefixes are defined in a wiki's MediaWiki:Filename-prefix-blacklist system message, so you can just edit that page on your wiki and it'll allow you to upload whatever you fancy.

How to locate this page?

I looked into SpecialPages: but could not find this page on my wiki. can you guide me to locate that?

but it is not allowing me to edit it.

You don't need to translate it on TranslateWiki, you just need to change it on your own wiki. To do that, you need to be logged in as an administrator (or a member of any user group with the editinterface right).

No, you shouldn't modify any file.

You had it right before: you need to edit https://localhost/index.php?title=MediaWiki:Filename-prefix-blacklist&action=edit and take out the lines that you don't want. That message about TranslateWiki is saying that if you want to change a translation for all wikis, then you need to go there; otherwise, if you're just changing it for the current wiki, you can edit that page directly.

But it is uneditable. Just allows me to view source and copy the source. Not edit.

Are you logged in as an administrator?
