I have gone through all SPARQL endpoints listed at Wikidata_Query_Service/User_Manual/SPARQL_Federation_endpoints and tested those using http if they also offer their service on https protocol. Would such change please be permitted?

A few entries have moved to a different URL, which I would also like to change if permitted, thank you.

Be Bold. Make the change. If it isn't wanted, it can be reverted.

Not an issue of being bold or not, but apparently I was blocked write access initially - no longer.

Too bad - I don't have my notes for those improvements any longer :-(
