Issue:

From the mockups there doesn't seem to be any way to search a question archive.

Proposed solution

Build a way for users to search any "approved" question.

Note:

This may need to take into account the fact that people may put non-sensical gibberish into the search box. So it might be preferable to only add moderated questions in the search index.
