Topic from two years ago that came back up due to a link fix.

Help! After days working on the translation (from Italian to English) of "Morte di Stefano Cucchi" I don't manage to publish it!!

It says that: This utility is currently restricted to extended confirmed editors on the English Wikipedia, see WP:CXT for more information.

Any advice?

You need to have 500 edits in the English Wikipedia project. Try to publish as draft using the gear button in the CXT or apply for this user right, if You already did some really helpful contributions.
