User:PlavorSeol has been making changes to Manual:User rights that go against the guidelines set forth in Manual:Coding conventions/PHP. In two cases, they reverted me (and in one case another editor) with a claim of "Vandalism Recovery", in spite of the fact that I and the other editor were restoring the page to compliance with the coding conventions. I left a message on PlavorSeol's talk page which they never responded to, instead resolving it and summarizing it as "Just don't vandalize it. I WILL REVERT IT ANYWAY." At no point has PlavorSeol explained why they are making this change, or why they believe the reversions back to the coding conventions-compliant version are vandalism.
