See Skin:MonoBook, Skin:Vector, and Skin:Refreshed for examples. The links contain "mediawiki-extensions-name" instead of the correct "mediawiki-skins-name." I don't see why this would be the case, given that the template itself contains "mediawiki-skins-name." Perhaps this has something to do with page translations?
