In Recent Changes on en.wp, there is a gray-box "Active filters" section, followed by a white input box with gray text "Filter changes (use menu or search for filter name)". There is a Hamburger icon to the left of that box that I might assume is where to find that menu. But my mouse pointer remains as the text-input I-beam even when hovering over the hamburger so it is not clear that this is a clickable UI item. But actually the whole gray box is clickable to pop up that menu, which is also unusual UI.

I think the pointer should be a default one on all areas, except:
- when hovering the active filters (boxes with the X), use a grab cursor
- when hovering the hamburger, use a pointer cursor
- when hovering the search field, use a text cursor
I've filled a ticket, thank you for reporting that. :)
