For 23 days this alert has been sticking to my 'alert bell' icon in the website interface. I have followed the link by leftclicking my mouse, changed my password to a very good one (random numbers, characters etc), but the alert keeps sticking to the alerts. It suggests the software doesn't process the fact I followed the link as intended. Can something be done about this? Please?
