This has been recorrent since I started using VE on the last few days: Often VE shows an older version of the current page. This has caused editors using it and taking part at the edit-a-thons I've been organizing to lose information when they save. The only reliable way to edit still seems to be editing by code.

I don't think I understand this (big) problem well enough. Is the problem when you "read" the page or when you open it to edit, or when you save it, or when you preview your changes before saving? Are these heavily edited articles (where edit conflicts are likely)?

Hello, sorry for the late reply. The problem was while opening the article for edit, it kept showing a former version. No, it wasn't a heavily edited article. In fact, it was something I've created recently.

There has been a while since I last noticed this, however.

That's odd. If it happens again, please ping me.
