Visual Editor not respecting Image Sizes

Every time I use the VisualEditor it doesn't respect the custom image size set, it will display the images in full size. This makes it almost useless as most image original sizes are over 2000px.

This is a wiki which has been upgraded from quite an old version (1.23 now on 1.27), though everything else is working as expected. I've tried uploading completely new images and even different image types, still the same. If you save it doesn't save the image in it's original size, just displays it when using the editor.

Any suggestions? Happy to provide any requested info.

Thanks

What are the other "Advanced Settings" for one of those images?

In Advanced Settings I have the following;

- Postition

-- Wrap text around this item

-- Left, Center, Right

- Image Type

-- Thumbnail, Frameless, Frame, Basic

-- Border

- Image Size

-- Default, Custom

--- 300 x 344 px

-- Make full size

All the bold text is what is currently selected.

As well after changing that Custom Image size and saving, if you reopen it, it will report the full image size of 2000 x 2296 px.

Hope that's of use.

I really appreciate your detailed list here. This seems to work for me (see this test). Could you check again and see if it's working for you now? The software has been updated once since we started talking.
