Is there a way to specify multiple technology pages and have pages in different languages use different pages ?

We are using the MediaWiki Language Extension Bundle, and all of our pages are translated using the Translate extension. Is there a way to make Lingo work in that setting, so that pages in French show French terminology, and pages in English show English terminology ?
