I was trying to install short links on a subdomain wiki (wiki.kringhistoria.be), suddenly there was a not found message on every page of the wiki without deleting something. What did i do wrong?

we do not know how to "install short links". You'll have to elaborate and provide exact steps to reproduce the problem.
If you've tried short urls, tell us what you did. I just visited your wiki, though, and it looks like your rewrite rules are adding an extra /wiki/.
