Hi. Do I need server access in order to install VisualEditor?

To run the required parsoid service, you will need SSH access (unless your hosting provider can install and run it for you).

OR you could try using VisualEditor/Installation on a shared host option which will limit the editor use, but wouldn't require "server access" on your host.
