When looking for article vandalism incidents, there is no use for user pages and talk pages appearing in the list, so I think a filter excluding those would be a good addition.

We already have this! :-) Click "Namespaces" at the right-side of the "Filters" area, to get a dropdown list of namespaces. You can either select the namespace you want, or you can select the namespaces you don't want and then click "Excluding selected". Also you can save your filters by clicking the "bookmark icon" (next to the trash-can icon) in the "Active filters" area.
