Dear Gentlemen:
I urgently need your help. My webpage (http://evolucionenergetica.net) simply stopped working. Description of facts is as follows:
▪ We obtained our dominions from GoDaddy
▪ I am currently using Joomla! 3.6.5
▪ We use Joomshaper's Helix 3 Template
▪ The site has been up and working for almost 3 years
▪ Yesterday evening I was trying to automatically update this Joomla! version
○ The backup stage had just finished
○ When the process started to update the Joomla! version, I was kicked out of the process
○ When I intended to go back into the updating process, I simply couldn't. An http 500 error appeared instead:
This page isn’t working
www.evolucionenergetica.net is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500
○ I contacted GoDaddy to try to fix the problem, after almost an hour of working and trying, they told me that they could not fix the problem, because it was NOT in their hands and they suggested I contact Joomla! or Joomshaper to help me fix this problem
○ When I tried to find what the problem was, this is what I found:
