I tried using the Visual Editor as a pop-up from the save-change pop-up; the pop-up display flickered rhythmical intervals.

list of steps that led to issue:

1. Opened up article using Visual Edit
2. Modified article
3. Open save-change pop-up box
4. Click on "Review your changes"
5. Click on "Visual (beta)"
6. Closed box
7. Changed tab
8. Returned to tab
9. Opened Visual beta

This was done on Windows 10, Internet Explorer, which is where the issue occured. I haven't, managed to reproduce it, so it may have been an issue with my computer's operating capacity at the time (it was running too much.).

Sorry this seems to have escaped my attention. Bumping it now to look at it again

Someone was pinging my phone. And there unauthorized endorsements on my google account coming from my neighbors phone. I also found their address on my google maps as my home address so I know they did this . And I haven’t received mail here for over a week. I went to the post office and held everything until the change of address goes through to my P.O. box. So I have the mail part as to the Trojan virus I’m working on it and the enforcement I’m still trying to figure out how to delete those.
