I was translating a page from Persian to English about a recent murder case in wikipedia.

Try clicking the gear icon and changing the publishing target to a draft.

Yes, it will be readable by the public, but not in the main article space.

After you publish it to the draft space, you'll have to move it to the main article space according to the instructions at en:WP:MOVE. If you have trouble with moving it, please let me know.

Both are OK. "Community draft" will be called "Draft:Page name". Personal draft will be called "User:Sinav666/Page name". Whatever is more comfortable for you.
