Generally, I find this tool really awesome! As I mention further down, I find the speed rather poor.

Also, I would really like a filter for changes that include/change references in an article. References are a really important functional part of increasing quality on Wikipedia^.

Speed is a concerned raised by other discussions. I'll let you go there and have a look.

Concerning References, there is a Tag for them on English Wikipedia: #references removed. Improve this tag is a community-side job.
