T161151 is the namespace problem (fixed).

T165538 is the problem of stale entries in the database (not yet fixed).

In looking through various LintErrors pages at the Hindi Wiktionary (a language I don't read, unfortunately), I've noticed that all the linked template names at wikt:hi:Special:LintErrors/obsolete-tag seem to lead to (unprefixed) titles in the main namespace rather than to the appropriate template pages. For example, errors caused by a problem in wikt:hi:साँचा:हिन्दी (AKA, wikt:hi:Template:हिन्दी) give links (in the "Through a template?" column) to the main-namespace entry wikt:hi:हिन्दी instead. Is this a known bug? I couldn't find a Phabricator task that seemed to address it — although I admit I didn't spend very long looking.

If templates on that pages will be expanded it will result in that error directly on (main) page. You can notice separate column "Through template".

I don't think you understood me, since you don't appear to be addressing the issue I am raising.

It seems that the fix wasn't complete or perhaps these pages weren't refreshed after the fix was made. Purging the pages will probably clean it up if the issue is the former.

They will naturally disappear from the list as pages are edited if that's the case.

Yes, the staleness problem is T165538. The original problem was fixed as our anonymous friend above noted.
