I was given all the user rights necessary, but still, when I try to change something in general settings, text elements or email templates, by clicking the save-button (if there is one at all), it takes me back to the survey's main screen. When I enter general settings, email templates etc. again, none of my changes were saved.
I don't know what to do, I emptied the Cache, I tried with 2 different computers and 3 different browsers, nothing works.
