I had ready my translation (Englsih to Spanish), after choosing the "New page" option and pushing "Publish" the blue botton get into gray with the word "Publishing", it lasted 1 hour an nothing happened. The article in eswiki still doesn't exist and the button remains gray and blocked. Before this chance I tried 2 times in different days with same results.

ContentTranslation is perhaps the only element of Wikipedia that has automatic saving. My advice: close the tab, open the list of translations again, go to your translation and try to publish again. If need be, you could also try deleting cookies.
Hi. I tried that in a least 5 times, two of them in a different computer. I deleted my cookies already and tried again, it remains unpublished :(
Which error do you see in the JavaScript console? (Usually it can be opened with F12.)
