Hey i installed mediawiki on my system with ispconfig and nginx and php7.0 fpm but i become error 500 on site?

i dont know to set the nginx directive correctly please help me!

More information on a server error 500 should be available in the server error log.

Your wiki must be working for the tool to work. You should look at the error logs first and sort the problem.

A blank page usually points to a PHP error...

The screenshot looks more or less good. With what you have there, calls to load.php obviously are not yet working correctly. It would be interesting to see, what the server gives you, when you try calling load.php. Actually, the server should not touch such calls at all. It should just return what load.php gives back - and that should be the CSS styles of the page.
