I've attempted to do most of the preparatory work (plus copyedits/fixes), but I'm not sure about a few translation items, such as whether or not to tvar the draftquality and other keywords, and whether to tvar some of those Enwiki links. So, I'll leave it for Amire80 to give a final pass through.
