I activated this tool only in Russian, English and Azerbaijani wikis. But now I can't see the names of these languages on the left panel in Russian Wikipedia. There is no problem with this in other 2 projects. So in ru-wiki only Tatar language was shown where I didn't activated the tool, but it was active. After I deactivated the tool in Tatar wiki manually, in Russian wiki it shows only interwikis and not Azerbaijani or English if articles in these languages doesn't exist. This problem is not new, but exists from the beginning.

The gray links are supposed to appear after you select them once.
For example, go to Special:ContentTranslation in the Russian Wikipedia, and select Tatar as the target language. After that you'll see Tatar as a gray link, although only in the Russian Wikipedia. If you open Special:ContentTranslation in the English Wikipedia and select Tatar, then you'll also see it there. Unfortunately, it's impossible at the time to save this preference across different wikis; I hope that this will be possible in the future.
Дело в том, что я выбираю Азербайджанский в списке языков, именно он мне нужен, а активируется татарский. Это может быть связано с самой ру-вики, или же что-то с кодами самой программы.
Я уже несколько раз переводил статьи из ру-вики на азербайджанский с помощью программы, но никогда не переводил на татарский.
Я не совсем понял: азербайджанский активируется? И что вы имеете в виду, когда пишете «активируется»?
Под "активизацией" я подразумевал появление серой ссылки в списке интервики. Кстати, я уже решил проблему. Спасибо за советы.
