Dear supporters,
My MediaWiki site has many images with non-ASCII characters as their filenames. When thumb.php trying to convert them into their thumbnails it prompts "file not found", but the URLs of those images are still accessible, and when I re-upload the image it can be thumbnailed. So I am suspecting if there is an issue regarding my PHP or my database? My PHP version is 5.6.30-0+deb8u1 (apache2handler). My operating system is Debian Jessie. MySQL is 5.5.54-0+deb8u1.
