an error, when i upload Could not create directory "mwstore://local-backend/local-public/5/52". how to resolve ?

You need to check your permissions on the images sub directory and make sure your web server can write to it. See Manual:$wgEnableUploads. As noted there,

Note: When enabling file uploads, you must also make the images directory writable by the web server, otherwise you will just see an error such as failed to open stream: Operation not permitted.

I've verified images directory permissions and enabled uploads in LocalSetting.php. I'm still not able to upload images/files.

Is your wiki public? Could you post a URL for it?

Are there any files at all in your images directory?

What are the permissions on your images directory?
