Again, what about it? Project:Current_issues has nothing and it's probably the best place to formulate a description of any issues. (Automatic creation of account shouldn't be one, if that's what you actually mean.)

Many accounts created in 1 minute ans some created by others

I don't know if that is normal or not, hence why I suggested a different venue for this conversation. I'll open that thread for you to save time.

And some of those usernames are spam or profane and should be blocked.
