@Trizek (WMF) I don't want to edit your very fancy coding on this, so can you please change the note about Review Status. It should read more like this, I think: "Review status filters are available only to users with appropriate rights on wikis that have implemented RC Patrol."

Those wordings are automatically propagated, when the code itself changes. When Catrope et al update the code version, it will update here automagically.
If I'm not mistaken, these filters are only available to users that are in the Confirmed users group, using Flagged Revisions. Or both?
I think the reason James worded this as he did is that different wikis let different users see this. On en.wiki, you need the Patrollers right. I.e., I do not thing "Confirmed" is enough.
