What is the current way to translate templates? We have {{Citar web}} over at ptwiki and translations currently come with {{cite web}} templates. This incur in significant post-translation work to identify parameters to be translated (specially dates) and also makes use of a locally depracated template. Seems at least part of the problem was a malformed json in the templatedata. Let's see if this fixes that.

@Ixocactus,can you please try adding aliases for English parameters to the TemplateData in the Portuguese Wikipedia? I did it as an example in this edit.
