user must request IP block exemption on Wikipedia first. Not a Phabricator problem.
I wanted to report an bug (I get an annoying "Welcome Message" each time I start editing a page and each time I submit the preview on pages and discussion pages).
In order to report that bug I tried to register my wikimedia account with phabricator. Since I have no e-mail address associated with my wikimedia account I invented a non-deliverable e-mail address in the phabricator registration form. There I am stuck and won't come out.
To finish registration in Phabricator you will have to provide a valid email address in Phabricator. If you tell me the username that you used for registration in Phabricator I can delete that account and you can try again.
As an alternative, you can leave information about this bug at VisualEditor/Feedback.
sir i am to stuck with this account type thing in phabricator i had a phabricator account but now i cant remember my user name and password but i have my email so if there is any way to retrieve my account pleas tell
and one more thing i am blocked of en.Wikipedia i requested an account and it was created for me but still i cannot edit in en.Wikipedia see if you gays can do any thing i don't know why i am blocked so pleas if any one can do some thing i will be thankful

yes that's right but that's beaus i am unable to edit even my own talk page on en.Wikipedia that's why i posted this to commons
