Continued magic linking in VisualEditor

@Legoktm: I thought the entire point of this was to stop doing magic linking. Why would we continue it in VisualEditor? When I type "RFC 2" in an article, I never ever want that to link to ietf.org, not in the WikiText editor, not in the VisualEditor, nowhere. Why would we want to still have such magical behavior in the VisualEditor?

But when I type RFC 2119, I always want that to link to ietf.org. So I think this is a case of not being able to give everyone what they want.

In the visual editor (including Flow's implementation), you can remove the autolink if you don't want it. Also, it's possible that Extension:VisualEditor will eventually stop auto linking.
