When trying to log in in my newly created mediawiki 1.27 with the admin account, I get to a page that says "Exception encountered, of type "Error"". The same happens when I try to create an account. How can I fix this?

Thank you. I now got the the following Error: "Warning: openssl_encrypt(): Unknown cipher algorithm in .../wiki/includes/session/Session.php on line 424."
I was able to solve the problem by changing "aes-256-ctr" to "aer-256-cbc" like in Topic:T6rgybc6ue57hcek
