According to ruwiki rules Википедия:Перенос текстов translated page should be attributed as transladed with a link to list of original authors (original page). This usually is done with template {{Переведённая статья|<language code>|<Name of original article>}} on the Talk page of translated article. Also it is recomended to add such link in commets (f.e. "Статья создана переводом <interwiki link to original page>"). Can you make these actions automatic?

This is already done automatically in the edit summary.

The template on talk page is not required per wmf:Terms of Use#7. Licensing of Content:

(...)it is sufficient to give attribution in the edit summary, which is recorded in the page history, when importing the text.

Precisely, and this is what Content Translation does.
