Hello. I want install the wikia skin on my wiki. I can install the wikia skin in my wiki?

Monaco is available at Skin:Monaco, but for the current skin "Oasis"/what they call the Wikia skin, there doesn't seem to be an easy port for installation to an outside wiki.

Oasis's code is here, but I don't know how to port it and don't know what license it's used under, so I don't know if it would be wise to port it if you do know how.

I would suggest just making a wiki with fandom if you want it

This is a good point, though if the skin is freely licensed and they like the look, I don't see why they couldn't use it on an independently managed MediaWiki installation. I really hate Wikia's current bureaucracy but I don't hate everything in use on the wikis there (though I don't like Oasis and don't like that they made Monobook unavailable). Wanting something Wikia provides but not wanting Wikia itself isn't impossible.

(It might also be noted in addtion to my message from a year ago that Wikia is an extensively modified 1.19 installation, and I don't know if that has implications for the functionality of that skin in a standard up-to-date MediaWiki installation.)

Hello, I know I am years late here, but I just thought I'd mention that I have successfully, and nearly fully (minus Fandom's extensions) created an oasis-like skin. It is called Cosmos. The docs are out of date however, and most certainly do not mention all of it's configurable options.
