I wanted to search for a specific term on Skin talk:Chameleon and didn't find a search option. I ended up here reading that implementing the search option is postponed. Is there a plan when it will be available?
For me it's essential to have a search option.
PS: I tried but it doesn't seem to find content that was posted in Flow...
You're not alone. Later this year, there will be a satisfaction survey. Keep it in mind and take part.
Special:Search does not includes Flow topics. That's a big issue and, unfortunately, that's something which requires a lot of resources to be integrated and maintained. As Tar wrote, we are going to have a survey (I hope soon), in which search is included as a possible priority.
