Wiki operates but get this message when accessing Special Pages. I have done a few web searches and don't see any content related to this error. Mediawiki version: 1.26.2

Be sure you have downloaded Extension:ProofreadPage for MediaWiki 1.26 and not for other version. Older versions had DisambiguationsPage as the base class but that's no longer the case.
