OK I have it running and seems all good except for couple of things. The Navigation pane is at the bottom of the mainpage for the site and the custom logo does not show up anywhere. Along with that and likely related , the login and preferences links that were at the top of all pages along with the edit buttons are all located at the bottom of the mainpage as well.
